We needed to replace our leaking shower pan and decided to completely renovate the large master shower. I got several estimates; Michael Martinez from FCI was not the cheapest estimate or most expensive, but he was the one my wife and I were most comfortable with. The crew they sent out, Billy and Leland, were amazing to work with. They were quick but thorough, and did an amazing job despite the few curve balls I through out at them. Billy is a master tile man, and we will definitely reach out to them for future projects.

Absolutely amazing experience with FCI and Mike. We were on our honeymoon, so we were worried about being out of touch with them during the process. Not only was he extremely communicative, he sent daily pictures with progress reports. I felt comfortable every step of the way, and it was right within our budget. We just moved in, and everything looks phenomenal! Would highly recommend.

I can not fully express how happy I am that I went with Floor coverings international of NWA! From the very beginning I was treated like absolute royalty, by everyone. Mike made the very long drive out to my home and was so incredibly kind and attentive with what I was wanting to do with our floors. Once the project began, the crew was amazing and respectful of everything in my home. They did such a wonderful job and I can’t wait to go with them again for future projects! If you are wanting floors of any kind for your home, definitely give them a call! They are amazing!

Terrible experience. Do your research really hard on this company and you will see they are not good. They work really hard to remove negative reviews. My floor feels terrible, they used my tools, said they would reimburse me and never did, had me return product to lowes for them, yelled at me in my own home, and now just ignore me when there are issues with the floor that I have brought to their attention. Edit: Just to clarify, I was asked to go to Lowes and return product by the contractor and I got home and they were using my tools. When I brought this up I was told I would be paid for my time and tools as you can see in the texts. Now after the contract is paid, I get ignored and have not been paid a penny. Rob is right they did repair the spots i pointed out, but there are so many problems with this floor I find new issues every day. That includes cracking noises, loose underlayment, bad cuts, and the feeling of marbles underneath my feet.
