Thomas and his team at Floor Coverings International were a breeze to work with. They made the refinishing of our floors super easy and stress free. In just 2-days, our floors were transformed from scratched and dinged to smooth and beautiful. We look forward to using Floor Coverings International on future projects. I don’t have pics of the original floors but this is what they look like now.

Hired the team to redo the tiling in my outdoor balcony. They were very efficient and helpful in letting me know what needed to be done, communicated with the HOA to get all required approvals through, and were very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Very happy with the entire process and results, and how they made it as seamless as possible.

From start to finish, Floor Coverings International made the project simple and stress- free with no hard sell. Thomas and Krystal were amazing! Krystal handled all the building paperwork seamlessly, and Thomas walked me through the options and turned quotes around fast. Funny enough, I didn’t go with his suggestion at first (he recommended laminate), but in the end I trusted Thomas and chose Next Gen laminate. I love it so much 🤣 They met my timeline, and the floors are gorgeous. Big shoutout to Eddie and his team (Ruis!) super tidy, low noise, no mess. Our three cats stayed totally chill during the work, and I’m no longer worried about random kitty throw ups or the water fountain getting knocked over. Wonderful experience all around. 10/10

I was very impressed with the initial consultation I had with Thomas. He explained my carpeting options, and is clearly extremely knowledgeable about carpeting products. From the get go, FCI was great to work with. They were super transparent with their pricing and very professional throughout. They did a custom finish for our floors. After the project, there were a couple of odds and ends that needed touched up. They sent someone out to make sure everything was perfect. Would definitely have FCI help us for any future flooring projects.
