Outstanding service, best response, and unbelievable quality and honesty. It’s everything you’re looking for. There’s no reason to look anywhere else. They came exactly when they said they would and did an outstanding job. They cleaned up and followed up to make sure we were happy. I cannot say enough good things about our floors… We love them!

Ive consulted on flooring nightmares with Charles St. Clair many times and he always explains the solutions in such a palpable way it immediately alleviates the stress. Mike Konrad is the best as well, I have known him for years and he is the man I would callnin a heartbeat especially for design choices🙌🙏

Floor Coverings International has provided exceptional service. Their Floor Technician “Tim” work is beyond what I expected; his expertise is well beyond what you find elsewhere. Tim’s’ work is reflective of his intent to deliver “perfection”, putting on full display his wealth of knowledge and ability to show off his abilities in the results of his work. Tim is an artist and my floors became his palette; they are more beautiful than they were new. This level of work is unattainable from a factory finished wood floor. The pricing and timeline needed to complete my project were much better than I could expect of other companies. This company has a true professional who will out-perform every time!

Great service and final product looked really nice. They were flexible and worked with us to adjust the installation schedule when we found water under the carpet we were removing.

We had plenty of estimates from flooring companies all around Louisville but we never heard back from anyone except Floor Coverings International!! Charles and Ayla were always free to bring samples and advice and answer any questions or concerns that we had about our new hardwood flooring. Great Customer service means everything these days! Having said that, I did feel that the installation contractor was in a rush to finish the job quickly but Charles and Tony came back personally to inspect and fix any issues that we had found. A+ service!!
