Had a perfect experience with this company. The team was so friendly. They bought the product to me, talked about the vision I had, and were so helpful. Prices were reasonable. Very short wait for the floor to ship and the floor was installed in only a couple hours. I get compliments every time someone comes over. Would absolutely use this company for my next flooring project and have already recommended to a friend.

What an amazing memorable experience, the craftsmanship, expertise, and efficiency was like no other. Not to mention the unmistakable comfort received by not only the owner but Nathaniel, who made myself and our family feel very accommodated. We will not hesitate to have them come back and preform any other rehabs on our home in the future.

Worked with Eric, Nathan the team at international flooring, he was great the installers were prompt and on time, cleaned up after themselves which I didn’t expect ! we are very satisfied with the work and can now enjoy our new home with fresh carpets! Thank you for all of your hard work it came out awesome and exceeded my expectations we really appreciate how you made this an effortless experience for my family!

5 stars for FCI of Fall River. I would highly recommend Erick and his team. They met with me to discuss options the very next day. I needed carpeting on my stairs for my dogs. They were so helpful and knew exactly what we were looking for. Ramon came right on time and he did a beautiful job. Thank you FCI for your professionalism and getting it done so quickly!

I could not recommend Floor Coverings International of Fall River more. I have a very old set of stairs at my restaurant that I wanted protected from wear and tear. Erick knew exactly what was looking for and immediately provided options along with quotes. He scheduled the work so my business would not be hindered and worked around us. Ramon was a fantastic installer and arrived early. He surred up the existing stairs and added risers. He never stopped working to make sure we could open on time. He was friendly and respectful as well and cleaned up after himself before leaving. I will be recommending FIC, Erick and his crew!

Today I had a new tile floor done in my kitchen by Floor Coverings International of Fall River. Eric and Nathaniel are truly fantastic at it their jobs. They have numerous collections of flooring and we went with tile for it's durability ease of care and the color was just right. Two workers showed up today and within 2 and 1/2 hours I had a beautiful floor. It made the room look bigger and brighter but most of all, Nathaniel is an interior designer so you know you are on the right track with colors. So if you are looking to do your floors over, make an appointment with Eric and Nataniel you won't regret it.ĺ

Erick and Nathaniel were awesome. First there was no high pressure sale. Second, Nathaniel provided the eye of an interior designer to help me choose the right color to blend with multiple rooms. The team of installers were proficient and professional. I am super pleased and totally recommend Floor Covetings International.
