Floor coverings international was extremely professional and diligent. I was EXTREMELY impressed that the owner of the company came by both days to check on things and see how the progress was going! That is how a business should be ran! I will ONLY be dealing with this company in the future for all of my flooring needs!

This is the easiest renovation I’ve ever had. From picking out the right flooring, layout, color and durability, Austin gave me the guidance to pick the correct flooring. Installation was completed and looks beautiful. It took me a while to get around to this renovation but when I met Amy and Katie at the home show, I knew they were the right company Thanks for a job well done!

Austin, the salesperson, is awesome to work with. We were just having the stairs to the basement done, but he was very engaging, pleasant and thorough. We went with one of the colors from the samples that he brought into our home. It didn't take him long to provide a full quote that we were very happy with. Amy, who handled the scheduling, is kind and wonderful to work with. She kept us informed throughout and set up an install date when the carpet arrived. The install went great. Louis is a professional, focused and quick. He cleaned up everything before he left and the results are a very sharp looking staircase. Thanks!
