Beth and Adam Shepard were wonderful to work with. Beth was personable, thoughtful about the space, and very knowledgeable with her recommendations. I would recommend her to anyone because she's not your "pushy sales person" type. Everyone we talked to on the team was responsive and respectful. The installers were in and out in one day with our whole first floor we had redone. The install was fantastic, and we love our floors!! Thank you!

Beth Shepard came out the next day at my convenience. Her professionalism and kindness was above and beyond . She wasn’t trying to sell me anything, she was patient in me finding out what I wanted and needed. I chose she suggested and the ball got moving she ran numbers I was happy and now I will have new flooring. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone that is looking for flooring. These people told us our flooring was a three day job. Two rooms. First they continuously didn't show up when they said they would. Second, they ordered the wrong color and type of tile and we were told basically too bad that it's not what you picked out or paid for it's what you're getting. Third, they never even came back and finished the job. After a month of not hearing a thing, we called someone else to come and finish. Fourth, they broke the toilet and we had to replace it, their plumber rehooked the sink incorrectly and it leaked, so we had to pay a plumber to redo it, among other things. Fifth, they didn't clean up after themselves at all. I found a trash bag leaking a vile substance that was left in my library to sit after they worked a couple hours and took off for a long weekend. Apparently I was supposed to lift it. And haul it away myself. That 6 star review probably came from the owner of the business. Do NOT hire these people, they have no idea what they've foo g and the work is beyond shoddy.

I called to inquire if they could install a carpet square in the middle of my newly finished LVP floors. Within 3 hours of the call their installer was at my house inspecting the job. 2 days later they came back and installed the carpet on a Saturday morning! Top notch work, and SERVICE! Thank you!

The crew were awesome and worked very hard to do it all in 2 days! There was a lot of preparations to do before they could lay the carpet and vinyl flooring. Kudos to them!!

Despite some hiccups, overall FCI did a great job! Strongly recommend if you want quality flooring at a fair price.
