Flooring Coverings International went above and beyond! The owner, Jeremy, made sure I got the exact flooring I wanted, found a molding to cover the gap between the floor and the wall, and has been so understanding in helping me with the payment arrangements The installers took their time and did a beautiful job - their attention to detail really shows. I'm so happy with how everything turned out! Highly recommend!

We compared luxury vinyl flooring from multiple companies but nothing compared to the samples we received from FCI. The quality of vinyl flooring far exceeded our expectation. Our customer rep insured a quick delivery and personally tracked our order.

Was a wonderful experience, easy to work with. Great options. Didn't try to push something different then what I wanted. Installer was amazing, great work. Alot softer then I expected. Definitely recommend. Would have taken better pictures but I was too excited for my new carpet.

I can’t say enough great things about Floor Coverings International. We are going through a very hard time and the home is old. The crew and owner were so very understanding of the circumstances. They all went way over and beyond for us . It was a lot of extra work that they did to make the carpet happen. We are forever grateful to them . Mike - Jeremy etc . They get ACES all the way over the board . I would gladly and confidently refer them to everyone . Our carpet looks fantastic and mom and I both are so very happy . The floor turned out great however I was quoted 7k and sent an invoice for 8k. The installer came late every day. He was nice but it delayed other jobs from being able to be completed. The owner said that they didn’t quote the entire house but me and my daughter did show him the entire house and told him the square footage. He said he was unaware of a particular room. Yet, he even asked what the room was used for. I paid it but I’m not happy about that. Would I use them again, probably not because there’s a lot of people that could have done the same job and probably would have honored the quote they stated.The owner said that they had to use more self leveling then they thought. They saw the floors and it was very clear that self leveling had to be used. If they under quoted that’s shouldn’t have been put on me. That’s what they do for a living. The installer said he couldn’t do it for 7k after it was quoted by the owner. I told him if he couldn’t honor the 1st quote then I would find someone else to do it. He told me that he would go over the project and let me know before he left that day. He eventually agreed to stay with the 7k, however I was charged 8k. There was no other work being done during the time of the floor installation. All other work was postponed until the floor was completed. However the installer walked off due to extreme heat. I purchased window air conditioners but the weather cooled off. The house is 200 years old. I was present on FaceTime and my daughter was present in the house during the inspection. I was very transparent that the floors were uneven.

Jeremy made sure my project was done very well and in a timely manner at a very good price. I had all of the old carpeting removed from living too, hallways ad two bedrooms. The oak floors that were underneath needed to be sanded and r sealed. His crew were very courteous and hard working. They did a beautiful job on the wood floors that were there. I highly recommend them and wood use their services again.
