Dan and his team at FCI Floors Midwest were terrific! Our old fridge had a slow leak from the water connector in the back that had warped and deteriorated the floor and side panels. The floor needed repair and leveling before the replacement fridge could go in - and Dan came the afternoon we called, offered advice on the range of the repair, floor section replacement, and likely estimates. Within a couple of days, he scheduled a super nice and competent repairman/finisher -- Isaiah -- to do the work. Not only was the work completed in timely and absolutely professional fashion, but the final invoice was HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS LESS than the estimate. Honest, professional work, billed for just the time and materials it took. !! What a great team! We recommend FCI without reservation, and will definitely call them again for any floor repairs or rug covering work. The result they delivered was above and beyond our expectations -- and at a price that was fantastically reasonable. Thanks for the great repair!

The install was done so quickly and with great precision that you can't tell the difference from my hardwood floors of five years ago where the old seamlessly met up with the new flooring!
