We had a great experience with team at Floor Coverings International! After getting a couple of other in-home estimates where we felt pressured, John from FCI came out and gave us a couple of options and didn’t pressure us at all. Plus, he provided a solution that the others didn’t even offer. Brandon came out and brought us some more color samples and when it was time to have it installed, Nick and Michael made the whole process seamless. I love that we never had to leave our home and go to a store through the whole thing - it was so easy! We definitely recommend Floor Coverings to anyone searching for new floors!

After being in our house for 20 years, we decided to renovate our kitchen and almost the entire first floor. Matt Moten came out and gave us great suggestions and did all the measurements. We had to take out a combination of old ceramic tile, carpet, and dated oak wood flooring. Daniel and Samuel did all of the old floor removal and installation of our new luxury vinyl plank throughout. We love our new flooring and could not be happier!!! The workmanship was fantastic. These guys work so hard!! And every day they cleaned up well beyond what I expected. We trusted these guys in our house and would definitely go back for future flooring needs. We have found that sticking with a small, family-run business is the way to ensure the best quality of work. I have included photos , but please note that the space is still in the renovation process, but these floors are great!!

Floor Coverings International Cleveland South was great! Their installers were punctual and professional. They took great care moving our large pieces of furniture. The carpet seams from room to room look great. The quality of the carpet is outstanding; It’s super comfortable to walk on. Overall I am very happy and highly recommend this company.

I love my new floor so much! The installer was perfection. Everything is so evenly done. The best part is no gaps to worry about with spills from kids or if you have pets. The color is beautiful and neutral! Quality is great! Thank you! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love my new luxury vinyl floors! Floor coverings International made the whole process smooth and easy - John was very helpful in assisting me with picking the color and finish. The installer, Rudy, was punctual, professional, and paid attention to every detail. We are so pleased with how everything turned out!
