Had an awesome experience with FCI this week! I requested a free estimate on Monday. It was planned for Tuesday, and received my quote. The numbers came in well below other quotes so we signed and by Thursday, the carpet on my stairs and landing was installed. Such a quick and painless process!

I had used this company for a larger job earlier and was very happy with their service. When it came time to update a bedroom, I contacted them again since it had gone well previously. I worked with Darrell both times. He was prompt and efficient. The installer had been to my house as well. It is nice to work with the same people. Again, the job was completed in a single day and the work excellent.

This company has the best sales personal and tradesmen. Their selection is outstanding and pricing is very reasonable. I have used them for several flooring tile jobs and the craftsmanship is outstanding. The gentlemen who installed this time noticed an issue we had with water damage. They brought it to our attention so we could have it repaired. They rescheduled our installation at a later date to give us time for the repair and did not charge us any additional money for the delay. The gentlemen were very polite and cleaned up the site once completed with the installation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants qualify products and service.

We had few problems during installation, they brought less carpet than needed, our project was supposed to be finished in 2 days and took 3 days (3rd day he came at evening and left all cleaning to us). After remove old carpet they used a broom to sweep the floor, not a vacuum. Overall, experience was ok.
