They brought sample to my house and came back when I needed a second look. Installed the corner platform on my stairs on the diagonal very nicely.

On June 13th I had my entire floors replace topped with plywood and Laminate very expensive spent $22,000 my second floor bedrooms entire hallway which was the Most important continues to be A challenge for Me they used self leveling but it wasn't leveled properly had to be ripped up and replaced, floors was unstead however no device beam used to check their work onced leveled, measurements. Now a 3rd time my floor is lifting in the creases at risk of scrapping my foot, I'm currently waiting for a Call back from Danica who been cool with this project but they get too busy. I expressed that the top of stairs was most important because it was an older house and it dipped in some so that area needed to be leveled and smoothed out but the workers don't have an eye for the project just laborers.. Overall I was satisfied and just want to continue furnituring my new Home projects..

I haven’t had the chance to use Lori for my own flooring project yet, but I know her personally and she is amazing. She’s hardworking and genuinely cares about the people she works with. If her flooring services are anything like the way she shows up in everyday life, I know her customers are in great hands. She doesnt cut corners. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone looking for quality flooring and great customer service!
