Couldn't recommend Preston and his team more. Showed up on time (early a few times!), easy to work with, reasonable prices, personable and attentive. Our new floor looks great and we couldn't be happier! If you're looking desperately at all the flooring options out there and feel like there's too much going on / too many conflicting reviews, I'm telling you now to just call here.

Preston and his guys were great! I had a horrible experience with Home Depot's installers, and Preston came to the rescue! I had all the materials, and even though Preston's team doesn't usually use this brand, they installed my flooring anyway. They are wonderful and I highly, highly recommend them!

Great experience with Floor Coverings International!. Carpet is beautiful and the team went over and beyond to address my concerns. They even remade my beds to make the rooms look nicer.

Preston and his guys revived my 15-year-old cherry wood floor. They were fantastic! Preston's experience and time spent was invaluable to arrive at the best solution. It was a very professional and well-managed project including dust control and thorough cleanup. His people knew what they were doing. I now have a beautiful floor!!

We had an outstanding experience with Preston, the franchise owner Floor Coverings International. Knowing we wanted to DIY our LVP, he still came to our home at 7pm on a Friday to show us exactly how to do it right. He broke everything down clearly—subfloor prep and self-leveling, layout and expansion gaps, underlayment, plank cutting/locking techniques, and even how to cut up and bag the carpet in the sizes our city will pick up at the curb. Preston was patient, thorough, and never tried to upsell us—just honest guidance so we could succeed on our own. That kind of dedication from an owner is rare. He answered all of our questions, was prompt to come out to the house, brought all the samples, and was honest about ways to save us money. We got 5 quotes & didn't go with the cheapest. We did however, get a fair price with Floor Coverings Intl.. Preston came for the quote, at the start & finishing of the job. I appreciated the fact that he communicated throughout the process & went above & beyond to make sure we were not only satisfied with the flooring, but that the process was smooth.
