Chris Aboshear at Floor Coverings International of Houston Heights was informative, professional, and helped us make a great decision with an amazing product. Service was quickly scheduled and installation took less than a day and the crew (Oscar Paredes) was tidy and thorough. I recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional gym floor install for a fair price and high quality.

Floor Coverings International installed carpet and LVT at a commercial building I manage and did an amazing job. We are a 1921 built concrete floor building that required a lot of leveling and prep work, but the floors came out great. The crew was professional and courteous to our staff and other customers as we were open and operating during installation. They came in at a competitive price for the job and did a great job communicating throughout the project with any issues as they arose. We are working with them again soon when we have additional work done. The sales guy Chris Aboshear was great, easy to talk to and always available for any questions I had. Thank you guys!

Our insurance company commissioned Floor Coverings International the Heights due to flooding from a burst water heater. FCI was professional from the call to schedule the appointment to the inspection. During the inspection the process was explained and our questions answered. We asked them to do a quote. FCI brought out carpet and pad samples explaining the advantages of all options. We requested and then accepted their quote. We scheduled the carpet to be installed and the installers showed up on time, actually a little early. They worked hard the entire time. I commented on the floor squeaking and they went to their truck for deck screws and driver. They then located the squeaks and corrected them. Then returned to installing the carpet. After completion during the inspection they made sure the furniture was in the right place and move it if needed. We will definitely use them again on our next flooring project.

Over the summer, Floor Coverings International of Houston Heights completed two projects for us -- one was the installation of a new floor, and the other was the refinishing of existing hardwood floors. Although the projects were very different, our experiences were both the same: excellent customer service, great communication and follow-up, high-quality products, and outstanding craftsmanship. We appreciate Chris Aboshear's very helpful initial consultation as well as his flexibility as our preferences evolved. And, a special thank you to Oscar Paredes for his excellent project oversight. Although we don't know the names of the flooring specialists who completed our two projects, we'd like to commend them for their skilled and masterful work!

The wife and I had carpet in our home and we wanted laminate flooring installed. Mr. Reinel Solano showed up for the initial consultation. He went over the types of flooring and the process from start to finish. He gave us the confidence after and insured that he and his team would be able to handle the job the right way. The total job took a total of two days. The flooring contractors finished the floor in one day (including moving furniture and removing carpet). The second day was just painting the quarter round. Mr. Solano came to our house multiple times to check in on things and to make sure everything was being installed right. If you are looking to have your flooring done, I highly recommend this company and Mr. Solano. This was my first flooring job and am very glad I found them.
