Avoid using this company horrible horrible. Did a job for them in July of 2019. We finished the job the customer was happy he even paid them for all the work. However it’s been 6 months and still haven’t got paid they keep making up excuses of why to not pay me when they already received the money. We worked weekends anddid lots of extras to help get the job done and they didn’t pay us. They charged the customer a arm and a leg but can’t pay the people doing the work don’t us them.

They made it so easy. The in-home measuring and materials display made choosing so easy as you could see it right there inside your house. Danielle had great questions and suggestions and got me thinking about things I never would have thought about on my own. She is a great representative for the company. The installers did an amazing job and one of them stayed till late in the evening so he could finish it all up in one day. Everyone on the install crew was very respectful and nice. A dream experience compare to installs I’ve had for other things. No issues at all. Highly recommend.

Our floors look gorgeous! They are absolutely perfect. Gleaming! FCI was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Tyler came by and went over expectations and care instructions in person. He walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. Donna was on it with the scheduling. Super friendly and accommodating. I couldn't be happier.

A pleasure to do business with from start to finish! Bill was wonderful. I had no idea what color or flooring to choose, but he showed me the way. The install crew - Team Leo - was incredibly efficient. When they left, there wasn't a trace they'd been here except for my new flooring! Thanks so much! (Oh, I almost forgot - they also hand you a little thank-you bag that has a mug, cleaner & chocolate in it!)

I’m so thankful that Angi referred me to this amazing company. Tyler was honest and thorough in explaining everything to me. He got my install dates so quick. Carlos came in and got my daughter’s carpet installed so fast and it looks gorgeous. Igor came in and installed my LVP and it looks so good. This company gave me the floors of my dreams and was absolutely wonderful to work with.
